Q: Can I request the Therapy Manual?

A: It is possible to request the Therapy Manual and accompanying patient materials (to be used as part of psychological treatment delivered by a trained therapist, ideally cognitive behavioural psychotherapy and in liaison with a neurologist and/or a psychiatrist) by contacting the CODES team (see below) . These are not designed to be self-help materials to be used outside of formal psychological treatment.
